Terms and conditions

• Promotion period is from 1 July to 31 August 2026 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated.
• Each FRx member may purchase up to two (2) FRx Gift Cards at a discounted rate via the FRx app, either for self and/or eGifting throughout the campaign, while stocks last.
• During this promotion, each member can enjoy a S$10 bonus value when they select the S$250 FRx Gift Card option and enter promo code CITI10 at checkout with Citi Cards, with final payment of S$250 for a S$260 FRx Gift Card.
• For eGifting, purchasers need to ensure the recipients' email addresses or mobile numbers are correctly entered. FPRM will not be able to amend wrong email addresses or mobile numbers due to security reasons.
• An in-app confirmation will be sent when FRx Gift Card(s) are successfully added to member’s FRx e-wallet.
• The stored value in this FRx Gift Card expires 1 year from date of purchase.
• Payment must be charged using Citi Credit and Citibank Debit Card.
• FRx Gift Cards are accepted at participating retailers (“Gift Card Participating Merchants“) at the malls managed by FPS (“Frasers Property Singapore”), the full list of which may be obtained from http://bit.ly/FrasersFGC.
• Any use of this FRx Gift Card shall be governed by, and constitutes acceptance of, the full terms and conditions set out in www.Fraserperience.com.

• Citibank and FPRM’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
• Citibank and FPRM shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with the third party.
• FPRM shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services purchased by the Citi Cardmember from third parties with the vouchers (“Redeemed Products”) and FPRM shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Redeemed Products. All disputes about quality or performance of the Redeemed Products shall be resolved directly with the third party.
• Citibank and FPRM reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
