- The Promotion period is from 1 November 2024 to 2 January 2025 (both dates inclusive) for dine-in, and from 1 November 2024 to 8 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) for takeaway preorder.
- Payment must be made with a Citibank Debit/Credit card to enjoy the promotion.
- Dine-in: Valid at all Kenny Rogers Roasters outlets, excluding Kenny Rogers Roasters Express.
- Takeaway Preorder: Valid for orders made at outlets or online via Kenny Rogers Roasters Oddle store. No promo code is required, discount will automatically be reflected at checkout. Collection period is available from 21 to 26 December 2024.
- Gross bills subject to 10% service charge (wherever applicable) and prevailing government taxes.
- Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, offers, e-vouchers, physical vouchers and/or other payment modes including but not limited to ShopBack and FavePay.
- Not valid for corporate reservations.
- Citibank's and Kenny Rogers Roasters’ decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with Kenny Rogers Roasters.
