• The promotion period is from 8 Sep to 14 Sep 2026, 8 pm daily (both days inclusive) only unless otherwise stated. Citi Wednesday Campaign will be paused during 9.9 sale.
• To be eligible for the Promotion, a Citi Cardmember has to charge a minimum spend of S$180 to his/her Citi Mastercard Credit/Debit Card and enters their card number at the checkout page upon payment, to enjoy S$10 that is displayed and automatically deducted off his/her order made at Taobao iOS and Android mobile applications.
• Promotion is valid for limited redemptions, and one time per user per whole campaign period.
• Promotion is valid for checkout at maximum of 25 stores
• Promotion is only valid for payment charged in Singapore dollars (SGD).
• Offer cannot be claimed after the purchase is completed.
• Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and is non-transferable and non cumulative, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, cashback sites, promotions, rewards, loyalty programs, discounted items and fixed price items.
• Promotion not eligible for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account.
• Citibank, Mastercard and Taobao’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
• Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank and Mastercard shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with third parties/Taobao except for any disputes in relation to payment services.
• Citibank, Mastercard and Taobao reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
