- Bookings and payment must strictly be made in advanced with a valid Mastercard issued by a Mastercard customer bank in any of the following Asia Pacific countries:
North Asia: China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Macau and Taiwan; 
Southeast Asia and South Asia: India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam; and
Pacific: Australia and New Zealand. 
- Applicable for every three consecutive nights' stay with a maximum of three complimentary nights per booking.
- Minimum length of stay may apply.
- Promotion rates are calculated per night and based on availability at time of reservations.
- Promotion rates are subject to local taxes and service charge.
- Reservation is subject to availability of room/apartment and blackout dates as well as other applicable restrictions.
- Cancellation is permitted 48 hours prior to arrival day by 3:00 p.m. local time to avoid full stay cancellation charge (inclusive of taxes).
- Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, offers, privileges, group/corporate bookings or third-party website bookings.
- Oakwood reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Promotion or to terminate the Promotion without prior notice.
