1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). 2. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant.
3. Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this promotion, as well as the eligibility of the transactions based on Citibank's records.
4. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to deduct from the Cardholder’s credit card account or bank account linked to the relevant debit card the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice.
5. Cardholders’ credit card accounts and or bank accounts must be valid and with good record during the promotion period and the fulfillment period in order to be eligible to receive the offers, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.
6. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and/or other documents in respect of the transaction for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
7. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used to settle delivery fee, cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, promo code discounts offered by the Merchant, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
8. 13. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.

1. The promotion period is from April 1, 2025 to May 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period 1”). Product offers at APIVITA (“Outlet”) is only applicable to selected items (“Offer”).
