1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). The merchant may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the respective merchant for details.
2. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant.
3. Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this promotion, as well as the eligibility of the transactions based on Citibank's records.
4. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to deduct from the Cardholder’s credit card account or bank account linked to the relevant debit card the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice.
5. Cardholders’ credit card accounts and or bank accounts must be valid and with good record during the promotion period and the fulfillment period in order to be eligible to receive the offers, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.
6. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and/or other documents in respect of the transaction for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
7. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used to settle delivery fee, cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, promo code discounts offered by the Merchant, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
8. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. The referenced document is not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any of the promotions, products and services mentioned therein to such individuals.
9. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant at their absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
10. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services. Please inquire the details with the Merchant.
11. Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted any risks and liabilities in whatsoever nature associated with the products/ services/ auxiliary services supplied by the Merchant, and shall waive any claim against Citibank in relation to such risks and liabilities when Cardholders make the relevant transactions.
12. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
13. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.

15. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

“Get HK$100 instant off” Terms & Conditions:
1. The promotion period is from April 1, 2025 to May 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period 1”). Product offers at APIVITA (“Outlet”) is only applicable to selected items (“Offer”).
2. Cardholders with Eligible Cards can enjoy HK$100 instant off upon single purchase of HK$680 on regular-priced products at the Outlet during the Promotion Period. Not applicable at department store.
3. The Customer should understand and agree to the items and content of the product and the services arranged by the Merchant and/or the Outlet before receiving the same.
4. Offer not applicable to value sets or designated promotions.
5. Quota of the offer is limited and only available while the quota lasts on a first-come-first-served basis with no further notice.
6. The Merchant shall be entitled to revoke, alter, add to or vary the contents used in the Offer without further notice.
7. In case of any dispute in respect of the Offer, Citibank and the Merchant has the final decision.

“Citi Double Day- APIVITA” Terms & Conditions:
1. Unless otherwise specified, the offers are valid on April 4, April 14 & April 24, 2025 ("Promotion Period 2 ").
2. The offer is applicable to APIVITA Outlets only, exclude department store.
3. During the designated promotion period of the offer, cardholders can get 2X APIVITA Bee Points upon net purchase with Eligible Card during the Promotion Period.
4. Quota of the offer is limited and only available while the quota lasts on a first-come-first-served basis with no further notice.
5. Offer valid once per transaction.
