1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). The merchant may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the respective merchant for details.
2. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant.
3. A "Single Net Transaction" applies to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions, cash rebate and value of gift vouchers. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: payment of shipping fees, purchase of e-Gift Vouchers, any transactions that are subject to unposted/ falsified/ cancelled/return of goods and/or refund; all fund transfers, or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK); or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
4. Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this promotion, as well as the eligibility of the transactions based on Citibank's records.
5. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to deduct from the Cardholder’s credit card account or bank account linked to the relevant debit card the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice.
6. Cardholders’ credit card accounts and or bank accounts must be valid and with good record during the promotion period and the fulfillment period in order to be eligible to receive the offers, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.
7. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and/or other documents in respect of the transaction for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
8. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used to settle delivery fee, cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, promo code discounts offered by the Merchant, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
9. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. The referenced document is not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any of the promotions, products and services mentioned therein to such individuals.
10. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant at their absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
11. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services. Please inquire the details with the Merchant.
12. Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted any risks and liabilities in whatsoever nature associated with the products/ services/ auxiliary services supplied by the Merchant, and shall waive any claim against Citibank in relation to such risks and liabilities when Cardholders make the relevant transactions.
13. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
14. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.

16. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

“Year-Round offer” Terms & Conditions:

1. The promotion period is from now to December 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Year Round Offers at Medicare Group (the “Merchant”) is only applicable to selected items. (the “Offer”).
2. Appointments must be made in advance by phone or WhatsApp at 2543 1000.
3. Please state the redemption of the offer when making an appointment.
4. Consultation and surgery related fees are not eligible for discount offer.
5. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
6. In any case of dispute, the decision of Medicare Group shall be final.
