1. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers’ (as defined in Clause 16) promotion period is from now until February 28, 2026, both dates inclusive and excluding the blackout dates (as defined in Clause 19). Quotas are limited in quantity, first come first served, while the quota lasts. Actual quota status is subject to the Merchant (as defined in Clause 2) (""Promotion Period"").

2. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers apply to Cardholders of Citi Mastercard Credit Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). Kerry Hotel, Hong Kong (“Merchant”) including Hung Tong may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.

 3. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the respective Offers. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offers are not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.

4. Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offers at the time of reservation and before ordering and settle the whole payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offers.

5. Unless otherwise specified, 10% service charge, tea & condiments and supplements of dish upgrades (if applicable) are not included in the Offers and will be based on original price and borne by Cardholders (including the purchased and the complimentary Dinner Menu).

6. At least one-day advance reservation is required, and Cardholders must be one of the patrons to enjoy the Offers.

7. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.

8. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are not applicable to banqueting, wedding banquets, VIP rooms, discounted set meal, special promotional item, cigarettes/cigars, beverages, bottled liquor/wine, tickets/coupons/vouchers, valet parking privileges, delivery service, takeaway, or dates designated by the merchant, and are applicable to dine-in only.

9. Availability of the Offers are subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.

10. Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.

11. Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

12. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant.

13. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
