General Terms and Conditions:

1. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers’ (as defined in Clause 15 and 16) promotion period are valid from March 14, 2025 to June 15, 2025, both dates inclusive or when the offer quota limit hereof is reached, whichever is earlier ("Promotion Period").
2. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers apply to cardholders of Citi Mastercard Credit Cards (“Cardholders”) issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”). Tajimaya (HK) Co., Ltd. (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card types, please contact the Merchant for details.
3. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offers. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and Alipay HK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
4. Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offers before ordering and settle the whole payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offers.
5. Cardholders must be one of the dining patrons in order to enjoy the Offers.
6. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are not applicable discounted set meal, special promotional item, tickets/coupons/vouchers or 3rd party delivery service.
7. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
8. Availability of the Offers are subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
9. Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
10. Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
11. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank, Mastecard and the Merchant.
12. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

14. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. The referenced document is not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any of the promotions, products and services mentioned therein to such individuals.


“Citi Mastercard Credit Card Exclusive: Enjoy Up to HK$100 instant discount at Tajimaya Group” Terms and Conditions:

15. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy HK$100 instant discount upon making a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 25) of HK$650 at GYUJIN, TAJIMAYA, JAPANESE WAGYU YAKINIKU GYUTA, HONJIN and GRILL TAJIMAYA’s outlets by using Eligible Cards to settle the payment in full, subject to quota availability during the Promotion Period herein on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts (“Offer 1”).
16. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy HK$100 instant discount upon making a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 25) of HK$800 at SUKIYAKIYA and GYUJIN HANARE PLATINUM LABEL’s outlets by using the Eligible Cards to settle the payment in full, but subject to quota availability during the Promotion Period herein on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts (“Offer 2”).
17. Unless otherwise specified, 10% service charge and tea & condiments (if applicable) are not included in the Offers and will be based on original price and borne by Cardholders.
18. The Offers are only applicable for dine-in only, not applicable for takeaway orders,
promotions from third-party platforms, or reservation discounts.
19. Cardholders can enjoy the Offers once per order. Each order is counted based on a single electronic valid receipt.
20. No splitting or combination of bill(s) will be allowed for any of the order.
21. Cardholders need to notice the staff for using the offer upon seating.
22. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with the group's physical cash vouchers, member upgrade e-vouchers, or the 15% discount for AKABEKO members' dine-in (except for member e-vouchers - Happy Points Rewards Coupon).
23. The Offer 1 and Offer 2 cannot be enjoyed at the same time.
24. Limited quantities of quota are available for each month of the Offers. The Offers commences at the opening hour of the Merchant’s outlets on March 14, April 1, May 1 and June 1, 2025, respectively, and will expire at the last order time before the closing hour of the Merchant’s outlets on March 31, April 30, May 31 and June 15, 2025, respectively, or when the quota have been used, whichever is earlier. Please inquire the opening and closing hour of each of the outlets and about the quota status with the Merchant.
25. A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
