S⁺ REWARDS

Terms and conditions

1. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer (as defined in Clause 25) promotion period is valid from September 1 until December 31, 2026, both dates inclusive or when the offer quota hereof is reached, whichever is earlier ("Promotion Period"). Please refer to Sino's (as defined in Clause 2) website for details on the offer quota.
2. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is applicable to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”)(“ Cardholders”), who are also members of S⁺ REWARDS Loyalty Program (“S⁺ REWARDS”) managed by Sino Real Estate Agency Limited (“Sino”) ("Eligible Cardholders"). Sino and designated Sino car parks reserve the right to reject certain categories of Eligible Cards if their payment systems cannot process them. Please check with Sino for details.
3. Eligible Cardholders must successfully download the latest version of “S⁺ REWARDS” mobile application (“the App”) and sign up as Registered Members with mobile number via the App in order to enjoy the offer under the promotion. Each valid mobile number can only be registered once.
4. Eligible Cardholders’ Eligible Card accounts must be valid and with good credit records during the Promotion Period and at the time when the offer is awarded or used; otherwise, Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offer without prior notice.
5. The S+ REWARDS Points awarded under the Offer are not exchangeable for cash and are non-refundable. Such Points may be redeemed for Rewards only in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the S+ REWARDS Loyalty Programme. 
6. Registration of S+ REWARDS Points is subject to terms and conditions, which can be found in the S+ REWARDS Programme Terms and Conditions.
7. Registration of Sino Contactless Parking service is subject to terms and conditions, which can be found in the S⁺ REWARDS Programme Terms and Conditions.
8. Eligible Cardholders are required to make the full payment with the Eligible Card during the Promotion Period to enjoy the offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer is not applicable to the following types of transactions: all transactions involving cancelled, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; any other types of transactions as determined by Citibank from time to time.
9. Unless otherwise specified, Eligible Cardholders must complete the S+ REWARDS registration, Sino Contactless Parking service registration, Eligible Card binding and qualifying parking payment requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of the S+ REWARDS Loyalty Programme in order to enjoy the Offer.
10. Upon fulfilment of the requirements for the Offer, S⁺ REWARDS Points will be credited to the Eligible Cardholder’s S+ REWARDS App account.
11. The Offer is only available at the designated Sino car parks, including tmtplaza, Olympian City, Citywalk, China Hong Kong City, Empire Centre, Island Resort Mall, One North, and Sino Plaza (“Participating Car Parks”).
12. The Offer is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the S⁺ REWARDS Loyalty Programme (including the “Contactless Parking Service” section) and/or any applicable Terms and Conditions set out in the App which may be updated by Sino from time to time without prior notice. In case of any inconsistency in respect of the Offer, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
13. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offer.
14. Availability of the Offer is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and Sino’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
15. Citibank and Sino shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services.
16. Citibank and Sino reserve the right to suspend, amend and/or terminate the offer and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without reason and without compensation and whatsoever nature without prior notice. Citibank and Sino accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination.
17. Citibank and Sino reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final and conclusive decision of Citibank and Sino, which is legally binding on the Cardholders.
18. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.
19. The Offer is subject to other terms and conditions. Please check with Sino for details.
20. (a) The referenced document/these materials provide information about, and access to accounts and financial services provided by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and/or Citibank, N.A. Hong Kong Branch in Hong Kong.   It does not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation of services to individuals residing outside of Hong Kong. This reference document/these materials are not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person in any country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation, and none of the services or investments or offers referred to in this referenced document/these materials are available to persons resident in any country where the provision of such services or investments or offers would be contrary to local law or regulation.
(b) Without prejudice to the generality of sub-clause (a), the Promotion/Offer is not applicable to:
i. Individuals resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, United Kingdom, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador, Sri Lanka, Peru, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Bangladesh;
ii. Individuals with permanent residency in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, and United Kingdom.
21. These terms and conditions are in addition to and supplement the terms and conditions of relevant banking services / products being provided by Citibank to the Cardholders.
22. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which any offer was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to cancel or reverse the offer/award without prior notice.
23. Unless otherwise expressly stated, no person other than Citibank, Sino and Eligible Cardholders will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
24. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Eligible Cardholders irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court of the Hong Kong SAR.

“Citi Credit Card Exclusive Offer: Earn 20 S⁺ REWARDS Bonus Points” Terms & Conditions:
25. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Cardholders who successfully register for the Sino Contactless Parking service, bind their Eligible Card to their S⁺ REWARDS account via the App, and complete at least one (1) contactless parking payment at a Participating Car Park using the bound Eligible Card, will be entitled to receive 20 S⁺ REWARDS Bonus Points (“Reward”).
26. Each Eligible Cardholder is entitled to receive the Reward once (1) only during the Promotion Period.
27. Each Eligible Card is entitled to receive the Reward once (1) only during the Promotion Period.
28. Eligible Cardholders who have already received the Reward will not be eligible to receive the Reward again, even if they subsequently unbind and rebind the same or another Eligible Card.
29. If an Eligible Card has already been used to receive the Reward under another S⁺ REWARDS member account, that credit card will not be eligible to receive the Reward again under this promotion.
30. Eligible Bonus Points will be automatically credited to the member’s S⁺ REWARDS account within 24 hours after the successful completion of a qualifying contactless parking payment.
31. Only contactless parking payment transactions successfully completed at Participating Car Parks during the Promotion Period will qualify for this promotion. Cancelled, refunded, reversed or disputed transactions will not be eligible.
32. The promotion quota is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
33. The Reward is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts or offers.
34. Citibank and Sino reserve the right to verify Cardholders’ membership eligibility and transaction records. In the event of any fraud, abuse or improper conduct, Citibank and Sino reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder from the promotion without prior notice.
35. By participating in the “Citi Contactless Parking Bonus Points Reward”, Cardholders are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
36. Citibank and Sino shall not be liable for any loss, error, delay, misidentification or damage relating to the Reward resulting from any network, telephone, technical error or any cause beyond the control of Citibank and Sino.
37. Citibank and Sino reserve the right to suspend, terminate or cancel this promotion at any time without giving any reason, prior notice or compensation.
38. Citibank and Sino reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or suspend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
39. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Citibank and Sino shall be final and binding on all Cardholders.
