Terms and conditions

1.    Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is July 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). 
2.    Unless otherwise specified, this promotion applies to principal and supplementary cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Cards"). Shell (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if its payment system cannot handle any of the Eligible Card type(s). Please contact the Merchant for details.
3.    A ""Single Net Transaction"" applies to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions, cash rebate and value of gift vouchers.  For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: payment of shipping fees, purchase of e-Gift Vouchers, any transactions that are subject to unposted/ falsified/ cancelled/return of goods and/or refund; all fund transfers, or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time.
4.    Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is not applicable to transactions made via any eWallet or 3rd party payment methods (e.g. Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay, Octopus or Tap & Go, etc.).
5.    Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this promotion, as well as the eligibility of the transactions based on Citibank's records.
6.    In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to deduct from the Cardholder’s credit card account or bank account linked to the relevant debit card the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice. 
7.    Cardholders’ credit card accounts and or bank accounts must be valid and with good record during the promotion period and the fulfilment period in order to be eligible to receive the offers, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice. 
8.    Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and/or other documents in respect of the transaction for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
9.    Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used to settle delivery fee, cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, promo code discounts offered by the Merchant, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers. 
10.    (a)     The referenced document/these materials provide information about, and access to accounts and financial services provided by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and/or Citibank, N.A. Hong Kong Branch in Hong Kong.   It does not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation of services to individuals residing outside of Hong Kong. This reference document/these materials are not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person in any country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation, and none of the services or investments or offers referred to in this referenced document/these materials are available to persons resident in any country where the provision of such services or investments or offers would be contrary to local law or regulation.
(b)    Without prejudice to the generality of sub-clause (a), the Promotion/Offer is not applicable to:
i.    Individuals resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, United Kingdom, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador, Sri Lanka, Peru, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Bangladesh;
ii.    Individuals with permanent residency in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, and United Kingdom.
11.    Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant at their absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only. 
12.    Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services. Please inquire the details with the Merchant.
13.    Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted any risks and liabilities in whatsoever nature associated with the products/ services/ auxiliary services supplied by the Merchant and shall waive any claim against Citibank in relation to such risks and liabilities when Cardholders make the relevant transactions.
14.    Citibank and respective merchants reserve the right to suspend, amend and/or terminate the offer(s) and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Citibank and the respective merchant accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination.
15.    All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
16.    Other terms and conditions apply, please inquire the details with the Merchant. 
17.    In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.
18.    In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which any offer was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to cancel or reverse the offer/award without prior notice.
19.    No person other than Citibank and eligible Cardholders will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
20.    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

“Shell V-Power Racing Gasoline & Shell FuelSave Gasoline Spending Discount"" Terms and Conditions: 
21.    The promotion applies to principal and supplementary cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”), who are also Shell GO+ members ("Cardholders"). 
22.    During the Promotion Period, Cardholders can enjoy an additional discount of HKD1 per litre for Shell V-Power Racing gasoline & Shell FuelSave gasoline spending with physical Eligible Card on every Tuesday and Friday. 
23.    Quota of the offer is limited and only available while the quota lasts on a first-come-first-served basis with no further notice.
24.    To enjoy the offer, cardholders must present Shell GO+ One-Timecode (OTC) or QR code to verify Shell GO+ member identity before payment is made. 
25.    Offer can be used in conjunction with Shell GO+ member basic loyalty gasoline discount or Shell App in-app gasoline offers except specifically stated.
