General Terms & Conditions:

1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). The merchant may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the respective merchant for details.
2. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant.
3. A "Single Net Transaction" applies to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions, cash rebate and value of gift vouchers. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: payment of shipping fees, purchase of e-Gift Vouchers, any transactions that are subject to unposted/ falsified/ cancelled/return of goods and/or refund; all fund transfers, or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK); or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
4. Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this promotion, as well as the eligibility of the transactions based on Citibank's records.
5. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to deduct from the Cardholder’s credit card account or bank account linked to the relevant debit card the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice.
6. Cardholders’ credit card accounts and or bank accounts must be valid and with good record during the promotion period and the fulfillment period in order to be eligible to receive the offers, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.
7. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and/or other documents in respect of the transaction for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
8. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used to settle delivery fee, cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, promo code discounts offered by the Merchant, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
9. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. The referenced document is not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any of the promotions, products and services mentioned therein to such individuals.
10. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant at their absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
11. The offers are only applicable for Hong Kong SKECHERS stores.
12. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services. Please inquire the details with the Merchant.
13. Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted any risks and liabilities in whatsoever nature associated with the products/ services/ auxiliary services supplied by the Merchant, and shall waive any claim against Citibank in relation to such risks and liabilities when Cardholders make the relevant transactions.
14. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
15. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.

17. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

“Enjoy HK$50 instant discount” Terms and Conditions:

18. The promotion period is from March 3 to April 2, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Product offers at the physical stores of Skechers (“Outlet”).
19. Cardholders can get a HK$50 instant discount upon net purchase of HK$1,499 or above at the Outlets with Eligible Card during the Promotion Period.
20. In case of any dispute in respect of the Offer, Citibank and the Merchant has the final decision.

“Citi Spending Reward: Enjoy HK$50 Citi- SKECHERS Cash Coupon" Terms and Conditions:

21. The promotion period is from March 3 to April 2, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
22. Cardholders can get a HK$50 Citi- SKECHERS Cash Coupon upon making a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 3) of HK$1,499 or above at the Outlets with Eligible Card during the Promotion Period.
23. During the entire Promotion Period, each Cardholder is entitled to the offer once per day.
24. The promotion subjects to a daily quota on a first-come-first served basis while the quota lasts without prior notice. The system record of SKECHERS shall prevail under any circumstances.

“HK$50 Citi- SKECHERS Cash Coupon” Usage Terms and Conditions:

25. The HK$50 Citi-SKECHERS Cash Coupon (“cash coupon”) under this promotion are issued in denomination of HK$50. The cash coupon will be distributed to the Cardholder upon confirmation of each Eligible Transaction at outlet instantly by the Merchant.
26. The Merchant will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to receive the offers based on its records at its sole and absolute discretion. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the offer fulfilment arrangement. For fulfilment issues or disputes, please contact the Merchant.
27. Each cash coupon under this promotion is valid till May 30, 2025 and can be used for next purchase with minimum single spending requirement of HK$500 made by Eligible Cards at SKECHERS HK physical stores, for any cash coupon that has not been used after the expiry date will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued. The cash coupon cannot be exchanged and no change will be given for any balance not spent on the cash coupon. The cash coupon is non-refundable and shall be used in accordance with their terms and conditions, please contact the Merchant for details.
28. The original cash coupon must be presented during purchase. Any remaining balance must be settled by Citibank eligible cards.
29. Citibank reserves the right to replace the cash voucher with a gift of similar value.
30. Cash coupons cannot be replaced if lost, defaced, damaged, stolen, expired and/or voided.
31. Citibank is not a supplier of the product and/or services purchased and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
32. Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Sephora.
33. If under any circumstances Cardholders return or cancel the eligible transaction, the Merchant reserves the absolute right to charge the original value of the cash coupon(s) rewarded without prior notice.
34. Unless otherwise specified, the cash coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional offers, nor transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
35. Citibank and Sephora reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
36. "Citibank" refers to Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and " SKECHERS” refers to SKECHERS Hong Kong Limited.
