1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from November 18, 2024 to December 31, 2024 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
2. Unless otherwise specified, this promotion applies to cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citi-HK ("Eligible Cards"). Byredo (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if its payment system cannot handle any of the Eligible Card type(s). Please contact the Merchant for details.
3. A "Single Net Transaction" applies to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions, cash rebate and value of gift vouchers. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: payment of shipping fees, purchase of e-Gift Vouchers, any transactions that are subject to unposted/ falsified/ cancelled/return of goods and/or refund; all fund transfers, or any other payment transactions as specified by Citi-HK from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK); or any other type of transaction as determined by Citi-HK from time to time.
4. Citi-HK will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this promotion, as well as the eligibility of the transactions based on Citi-HK's records.
5. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the Offer was awarded, Citi-HK reserves the right to deduct from the Cardholder’s credit card account or bank account linked to the relevant debit card the equivalent amount of the Offer without prior notice.
6. Cardholders’ credit card accounts and or bank accounts must be valid and with good records during the promotion period and the fulfilment period in order to be eligible to receive the Offer, otherwise Citi-HK reserves the right to forfeit the Offer without prior notice.
7. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and/or other documents in respect of the transaction for inspection upon request by Citi-HK. All documents submitted to Citi-HK will not be returned.
8. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used to settle delivery fee, cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, promo code discounts offered by the Merchant, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other Offer.
9. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the Agreement are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. The Agreement is not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any of the promotions, products and services mentioned therein to such individuals.
10. Availability of the Offer is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citi-HK and the Merchant at its absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
11. Citi-HK shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services. Please inquire the details with the Merchant.
12. Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted any risks and liabilities in whatsoever nature associated with the products/ services/ auxiliary services supplied by the Merchant, and shall waive any claim against Citi-HK in relation to such risks and liabilities when Cardholders enter into the relevant transactions.
13. Citi-HK and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
14. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citi-HK and the Merchant.

16. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

17. Unless otherwise specified, this promotion applies to transactions made at designated Byredo Outlets in Hong Kong.
18. Cardholders can enjoy 10% off ("Discount") on Byredo Holiday Limited Edition at Byredo with Eligible Card during the Promotion Period.
19. During the entire Promotion Period, each Cardholder is entitled to the offer once per day.
20. Each cardholder must sign up as Byredo member to enjoy the offer.
21. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, vouchers or cash coupons.
22. The promotion subjects on a first-come-first served basis while the stock lasts without prior notice. The system record of Merchant shall prevail under any circumstances.
23. The Merchant reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
