Terms and conditions

1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) ("Eligible Cards")("Cardholders"). Royaltelle International Limited including its The Greenery, Le Soleil, Sabatini Ristorante Italiano, Shikigiku Japanese Restaurant, Dong Lai Shun, The Royal Garden Chinese Restaurant, Fine Foods Shop, Banquet (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
2. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant.
3. Unless otherwise specified, 10% service charge and tea & condiments (if applicable) are not included in the Offer and will be based on original price and borne by Cardholders.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
5. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
6. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.

7. Citibank and the respective merchants reserve the right to suspend, amend and/or terminate the offer(s) and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Citibank and the respective merchant accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination.
8. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the respective merchants.
9. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. Citibank and the respective merchant accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination.

11. (a) The referenced document/these materials provide information about, and access to accounts and financial services provided by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and/or Citibank, N.A. Hong Kong Branch in Hong Kong. It does not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation of services to individuals residing outside of Hong Kong. 12. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which any offer was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to cancel or reverse the offer/award without prior notice.
13. No person other than Citibank and eligible Cardholders will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
14. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.. Special Terms and Conditions:
15. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from now until December 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").

During the Promotion Period, cardholder of Eligible Cards can enjoy below designated offers at designated participating outlets of The Royal Garden, upon settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards (“Offer”). i. The Greenery: 10% discount on lunch, late lunch, dinner buffet and a la carte menu ii. Le Soleil: 10% discount on a la carte and afternoon tea set iii. Sabatini Ristorante Italiano (Kowloon Branch): • 10% discount on a la carte menu • 10% discount on Holiday brunch iv. Shikigiku Japanese Restaurant (Kowloon Branch):10% discount on a la carte menu v. Dong Lai Shun (Beijing & Huaiyang Cuisine): 10% discount on a la carte and dim sum vi. The Royal Garden Chinese Restaurant: 10% discount on a la carte and dim sum vii. Fine Foods Shop: 10% discount on home-made items with HK$250 net purchase or above viii. Banquet: 10% discount on Chinese banquet (Maximum 3 tables of 12 persons; Excluding promotional menus and wedding menus) ix. Sabatini Ristorante Italiano (Hong Kong Branch): • 10% discount on a la carte menu • 10% discount on Holiday brunch x. Shikigiku Japanese Restaurant (Hong Kong Branch):10% discount on a la carte menu
17. The Offer is valid for dine-in consumption only (excepts Fine Foods Shop).
18. The Offer is valid for maximum of 12 persons only.
19. The Offer is not valid to beverages and 10% service charges.
20. Not valid on Mother’s Day & Eve, Father’s Day & Eve, Mid-Autumn Festival and eve, 20-26 December and 31 December, Public Holiday & Eve (11th September to 26th September, 12th to 31st December 2026 NOT applicable on Fine Foods Shop).
21. The Offer is not valid to the sales of seasonal tickets, festive goodies, hamper.
22. The Offer is not valid to VIP rooms, wedding events, banqueting, meetings and special menus.
23. The Offer is only valid on the consumption of homemade items at Fine Foods Shop.
