Terms and Conditions for "hutchgo.com 6% off Hotel Booking Year-round Offer"
1. The promotion is only applicable to cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit, Debit and Commercial Cards (except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card) issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Cards"). hutchgo.com (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card types. Please contact hutchgo.com for details.
2. The promotion is valid from now to December 31, 2026, both dates inclusive ("Year-round Offer Promotion Period") and the hotel stay period is valid from from now to January 10, 2027, both dates inclusive ("Year-round Offer Hotel Stay Period").
3. Cardholders are required to make hotel bookings at the hutchgo.com designated landing page (www.hutchgo.com.hk/en/hotels?utm_source=citibank&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=citibank) via the Citibank landing page and enter the Promotion Code "CITI2026" prior to proceeding with payment to enjoy 6% off hotel booking (“Offer”) during the Year-round Offer Promotion Period and stay at the hotels during the Year-round Offer Hotel Stay Period.
4. The Offer is only applicable to selected destinations, including Hong Kong, Macao, Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, Korea, Australia, Vietnam, USA, Singapore, Chinese Mainland.
5. The Offer can only be used for pre-pay bookings and cannot be redeemed against bookings which are paid at the destination.
6. The Offer is applicable to hotel room charges only. Taxes and service charges may not apply.
7. The Offer is subject to availability of the Hotels.
8. The Offer is not applicable to a hotel booking in combination with any other product such as flight + hotel.
9. hutchgo.com 's online booking system can only offer discount for one room type per booking. If the Cardholder wants to order more than one room type or multiple-room booking in same room type, please make multiple bookings to enjoy the discount.
10. For eligible free cancellation hotel bookings, Cardholders can arrange directly via the hutchgo.com website and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Hotels. For other cancellation or amendments, Cardholders are required to contact the hutchgo.com customer service officer through cs@hutchgo.com or call 3163 0800.
11. Availability of the offers is subject to availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and hutchgo.com at their absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
12. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant sales receipts or order confirmation receipt (applicable to online transactions) from hutchgo.com in respect of the Eligible Transactions for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
13. Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in the offers as well as the transactions based on Citibank's records.

15. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of eWallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
16. Unless otherwise specified, the offer(s) cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
17. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which reward is calculated and awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit the equivalent amount of the reward from the relevant credit card account or bank account linked to the eligible debit card without prior notice.
18. Availability of the offer(s) is/are subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
19. Citibank and merchant are not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
20. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
21. Citibank and the respective merchants reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
22. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the respective merchants.
23. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
