Terms and conditions

1. The offers are only applicable to Citi Credit, Debit and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited. Hotels.com may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card types. Please contact Hotels.com for details.
2. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the offers.
3. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
4. Offers are only applicable to selected Hotels.com hotels. For details, please refer to https://tw.hotels.com/lp/b/hotel-exclusions.
5. Offers can only be used for pre-pay bookings and cannot be redeemed against bookings which are paid at the destination.
6. Offers are applicable to hotel room charges only. Taxes and service charges may apply.
7. Offers are subject to availability of the Hotels, and Cardholders need to present their valid Eligible Cards during hotel check-in.
8. Availability of the offers is subject to availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and Hotels.com at their absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
9. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant sales receipts or order confirmation receipt (applicable to online transactions) from Hotels.com in respect of the Eligible Transactions for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
10. Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in the offers as well as the transactions based on Citibank's records.
11. Cardholders' Eligible Card accounts must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period in order to be eligible to receive the offers; otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.
12. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit from the Cardholders' Eligible Card accounts the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice.
13. Citibank and Hotels.com reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and Hotels.com.
14. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. Terms and Conditions for "Hotels.com 8% off Selected Hotel Bookings":
15. Unless otherwise specified, the offer is valid from Now till December 31, 2026, both dates inclusive and the selected hotel stay period is valid from Now till June 30, 2027, both dates inclusive.
16. Eligible Citi Card holders are required to make the hotel bookings at the designated Hotels.com landing page (www.hotels.com/citi-hk) and use the coupon code "CITIHKYRO" to enjoy the discount. The discount only applies to the price of the first room in the booking.
17. Hotel bookings made directly through the Hotels.com website or Hotels.com Mobile App will not be eligible for the offer and no refund will be arranged.
18. The discounts only apply to prepaid hotel bookings.
19. The discounts do not apply to any taxes and additional costs which must be paid for by cardholders either at booking or at the hotels.
