How to redeem the offer? 
Upon making an eligible transaction at designated merchant, the eVouchers Pack will be distributed by merchant at its outlet directly. For details on the quota usage & arrangement, please contact the merchant directly📞 

1.      Promotion period is valid from July 29, 2025 to September 30, 2025, both dates inclusive or when the offer quota hereof is reached, whichever is earlier ("Promotion Period").

2.      This Promotion applies to Cardholders of Citi Mastercard Credit Card and Citibank Debit Mastercard issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). The participating merchant may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the merchant for details.

3.      During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy one HK$800 MTR Malls eVouchers Pack (“eVouchers Pack”) issued in denominations of HK$50, upon making a Single Net Transaction of HK$10,000 at designated travel merchants (“Merchant(s)”) by settling the payment with Eligible Cards, but subject to quota availability herein on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts (“Offer”). Designated travel merchants include:

4.      During the Promotion Period, Cardholders can enjoy the Offer for a maximum of 2 times with each Eligible Card at each Merchant. For the avoidance of doubt, the deposit and balance payment per booking will be considered as 2 separate transactions.

5.      No combination of bill(s) will be allowed for any of the order.

6.      Limited quantities of quota are available of the Offer. The Offer commences on 29 July, 2025, and will expire on September 30, 2025, or when the quota have been used, whichever is earlier. Please inquire the quota status with Merchants.

7.      The Offer is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.

8.      A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.

9.      Merchants will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to receive the eVouchers Pack based on its records at its sole and absolute discretion. An eVouchers Pack will be distributed to the Cardholder by Merchant upon confirmation of Eligible Transaction. Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the offer fulfilment arrangement. For fulfilment issues or disputes, please contact the Merchants.

10.  Citibank, Mastercard and Merchants reserve the right to retrieve the eVouchers Pack if the payments are refunded or cancelled.

“HK$800 MTR Malls eVouchers Pack” Terms and Conditions:

11.  The HK$800 MTR Malls eVouchers pack (“eVouchers Pack”) under this promotion is issued in denominations of HK$50, meaning a total of 16pcs of HK$50 MTR Malls eVoucher (“eVoucher”) available in each eVouchers Pack, and will be distributed to the Cardholder by the Merchant upon confirmation of Eligible Transaction. Each eVoucher includes a unique redemption code, Cardholder can redeem the eVoucher via MTR Mobile app.

12.  Each eVoucher under this promotion is valid till June 30, 2026 and for any eVoucher that has not been used after the expiry date will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued. The eVoucher cannot be exchanged and no change will be given for any balance not spent on the eVoucher. The eVoucher is non-refundable and shall be used in accordance with their terms and conditions. For details regarding the issuance and usage shall be obtained by contacting the Merchant directly. 

13.  eVoucher cannot be replaced if lost, defaced, damaged, stolen, expired and/or voided.

14.  The eVoucher is subject to specific terms and conditions, details of which can be found at https://www.citibank.com.hk/chinese/credit-cards/pdf/promotions/mtrev-tnc.pdf .

15.  Citibank and Mastercard is not a supplier of the product and/or services purchased and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.

16.  Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank and Mastercard shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties.

General Terms and Conditions (If applicable): 

17.  Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offer(s) at the time of reservation and before ordering and settle the payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offer(s). 

18.  Unless otherwise specified, the Offer(s) cannot be used to settle delivery fee, cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, promo code discounts offered by the Merchant, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.

19.  In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the Offer(s) was/were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to deduct from the Cardholder’s credit card account or bank account linked to the relevant debit card the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice.

20.  Availability of the Offer(s) is/are subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.

21.  Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant(s). The Merchant(s) is/are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.

22.  Citibank, Mastercard and Merchant(s) reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

23.  All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank, Mastercard and Merchant(s).

24.  In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
