“Citi x Goldjoy Holidays HK$1,111 off on tour offer” (“This Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:

1. Promotion period is valid from February 2, 2026 to February 11, 2026, both dates inclusive or when the offer quota hereof is reached, whichever is earlier ("Promotion Period").
2. This Promotion applies to Cardholders of Citi Credit, Debit and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). Goldjoy Holidays (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
3. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy HK$1,111 off on tour priced HK$26,000 and above (per pax) at Goldjoy Holidays physical stores and website (www.goldjoy.com) (“Offer”).
4. Each customer is limited to use the Offer once only.
5. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, membership benefits, gift vouchers or cash coupons unless otherwise specified. It cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and is non-transferable.
6. The Offer is subject to limited availability and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
7. Once confirmed, tour bookings cannot be changed or cancelled. Any changes or cancellations to flight tickets will be subject to penalties determined by the relevant airline. In addition to the fees imposed under the terms of the respective organisations, Goldjoy Holidays reserves the right to charge additional fees for changes or cancellations.
8. Prices are based on double occupancy for adults sharing a room for package tours. Unless stated a ""Joy in One"" package or as otherwise specified, prices exclude tax, fuel surcharge, insurance charge, visa fee and service charges.
9. All designated tour prices are subject to confirmation at the time of reservation, the final count of participants and seat availability. Goldjoy Holidays reserves the right to apply a surcharge during peak periods.

12. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the Merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the Merchant. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of eWallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
13. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
14. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which reward is calculated and awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit the equivalent amount of the reward from the relevant credit card account or bank account linked to the eligible debit card without prior notice.
15. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
16. Citibank and the Merchant are not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
17. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
18. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
19. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
20. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
