Terms and conditions

• The Promotion Period is valid from 1 January to 31 December 2026. 
• Payment must be charged using Citi Credit / Debit Card. 
• Promotion Code “CITITRIP” must be applied upon checkout and settle the payment with Citi cards in order to enjoy the rebate offer.
• This offer applies to purchase of data packages on both AIRSIM/AIRSIMe official website and AIRSIM Roam App. 
• Rebate will be valid in the Cardholder’s AIRSIM account for 1 year from the date of purchasing any selected package from AIRSIM or AIRSIMe. The rebate value can be used for purchasing any data package and AIRTALK from AIRSIM or AIRSIMe. 
• Applicable to selected data package. Refer to https://www.airsim.com.sg/Citibank.Doc/LTO for more details. 
• 25% Rebate amount will be credited to the designated AIRSIM account on or before 10th of the next month. 
• Effective Travel Date can be set within 4 months from the date of purchase, during the Promotion Period 
• For New AIRSIMer, please visit www.airsim.com.sg to purchase a data package in order to enjoy this promotion, we shall mail out a new AIRSIM card which comes with the selected data package to you. For Current AIRSIMer, please enter its AIRSIM Account / ICCID No. when check out. The selected data package will be loaded to your AIRSIM account within 24 hours. 
• For New AIRSIMe (eSIM) users, please ensure your mobile phone supports eSIM. Download the AIRSIM app > AIRSIMe > Create New Registration to buy eSIM data package and enjoy this promotion. 
• Promotion is not valid conjunction with other ongoing promotions, unless otherwise stated.

• Citibank and AIRSIM reserve the right to amend, append and remove the promotional terms and conditions without prior notice. 
• Citibank's and AIRSIM decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants. 
• Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with AIRSIM.
• Citibank and AIRSIM reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time. In addition and without prejudice to the foregoing, AIRSIM reserves the rights to amend their fares, and terms and conditions relating to their sale of flights/packages without prior notice.
