Suntec City

- Promotion is from 17 October 2025 – 26 October 2025 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be charged using Citi Credit Card or Citibank Debit Card.
- To receive the S$10 Suntec City e-voucher, the eligible Citibank Cardmember must upload their receipt to the Suntec+ App, present their Suntec+ membership QR code, Suntec City receipt(s) together with corresponding Citi Card charge slip(s) at Suntec City’s customer service counter on the same day of spending.
- The Promotion is valid for limited redemptions from 17 October 2025 – 26 October 2025.
- A maximum of 1 single same-day receipt is allowed for redemption
- Limited to 1 redemption per Citi Cardmember per day, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
- Use of e-Voucher is subject to Suntec City terms and conditions.
- Suntec City general promotion terms and Suntec+ programme terms and conditions apply to the promotion. 
- Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Suntec City.
- Citibank and Suntec City reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
- "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and "Suntec City” refers to HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited as Trustee of SUNTEC REIT.
