- Payment must be charged using Citi Credit / Citibank Debit Card.

- Not applicable on even of PH and PH Day.
- 3 days in advance is required for all orders.
- Last day for online purchase is 2 March 2026.
- Last day for in-store purchase is 3 March 2026.
- Self-collection & Delivery date will be from 19 January 2026.
- Delivery fee are at S$22nett for each location in Singapore with minimum order of S$80. Each additional bag/hamper will be at S$10nett.
- For 6 bags/hampers & above, the delivery fee will be at flat fee of S$60nett.
- Citibank's and The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore.
