Shisen Hanten Mid-Autumn

- The Promotion period is from 12 August 2025 to 6 October 2025 (both dates inclusive).
- Payment must be made with a Citibank Debit/Credit card to enjoy the promotion.
- All prices are stated in Singapore Dollar and are inclusive of prevailing government taxes.
- Super early bird prices are valid from 18 August to 31 August 2025.
- Early bird discount is valid from 01 September to 21 September 2025.
- Free delivery is applicable for minimum order of 50 boxes. For orders below 50 boxes, delivery charges will be chargeable at S$60 per location (10 boxes & above); S$30 per location per box; should there be any delivery failure re-delivery fee is applied.
- Self-collection is available from 18 August 2025 to 06 October 2025. Self-collection timings are available from 11am to 8pm daily.
- Multiple locations within the same order will incur a delivery fee based on the total number of locations.
- Items are subject to availability upon receipt of completed order form.
- Orders, collections, or deliveries details may not be modified once payments are completed.
- Items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
- Images shown are for illustration purposes only.
- Citibank's and Shisen Hanten’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with Shisen Hanten.
- Citibank and Shisen Hanten reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
- "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited. The terms “Shisen Hanten” refer to Shisen Hanten Restaurant Pte Ltd. Limited. The terms “Chatterbox”, “Chatterbox Café” and "OUE Restaurants” refer to OUE Restaurants Pte Ltd.
