Citi M1 iPhone On Us Promotion 2024 (“Promotion”)

1. “Get S$30.95 off your M1 telco bill per month for up to 6 months with Citi M1 iPhone On Us” promotion (“Promotion”) is applicable with new sign-up, Port-in or recontract on Bespoke Flexi plan with unlimited data, 600 mins and 100 SMS. Monthly subscription of $79.95 for iPhone 15 Pro Max, 256GB or $64.95 for iPhone 15, 256GB, includes Monthly Device Payment Period of 36 months. Under this Promotion, customers may trade-in eligible handsets to offset against the purchase of a new iPhone 15 Pro Max, 256GB or iPhone 15, 256GB at the point of new sign-up, Port-in or recontract and will not be exchangeable for cash.

2. Promotion is valid from 1 September 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”), or such earlier date once the Promotion is fully redeemed or otherwise as determined by M1 and Citi.

3. Promotion is only applicable for redemption at M1 Shops:

• M1 Shops IMM Building
• M1 Shops Jurong Point

4. To enjoy this Promotion, customers must sign-up a new line, Port-in or recontract on Bespoke Flexi plan with unlimited data, 600 mins and 100 SMS. Monthly subscription of $79.95 for iPhone 15 Pro Max, 256GB or $64.95 for iPhone 15, 256GB, includes Monthly Device Payment Period of 36 months. Under this Promotion, customers may trade-in eligible handsets to offset against the purchase of a new iPhone 15 Pro Max, 256GB or iPhone 15, 256GB at the point of new sign-up/Port-in/recontract and will not be exchangeable for cash.

5. To be eligible for the Promotion, the customer must trade in their iPhone SE 2nd Gen, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone X, iPhone XR, iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone 11, 12, 13 or 14 series at the point of new sign-up/Port-in/recontract in M1 Shops.

6. Customers to ensure that the trade in device meets the following criteria:

- Device must be in good working condition.
- No cosmetic damage i.e no broken casing, screen, severe scratch, wear and tear or corrosion.
- No liquid damage.
- Device must be able to power on and off.
- Any applicable phone lock (password or finger print) must be disabled.
- Device must be able to be charged.
- When device is powered on, the display must be clear and fully visible.
- Device does not have any missing or non-original parts.
- Device is not registered on any applicable stolen or lost property database.

7. Devices with defects will not be accepted and M1 reserves the right to reject any trade-in at our sole discretion.

8. Customers must choose 36 months payment term for the outstanding device balance upon new sign-up/Port-in/recontract. The term cannot be altered thereafter. In these Terms and Conditions, “Monthly Payment” refers to payment due each month. The Monthly Payment will be charged to your monthly M1 bill.

9. Temporary suspension of the Bespoke Flexi plan under this Promotion prior to completing the full term is not allowed for any reason whatsoever and howsoever arising, including without limitation, losing possession of the mobile device.

10. Customers on this Promotion plan are not allowed to modify local data and minutes entitlement of their plan during the 36 months term.

11. If customers were to terminate or renew their plan to another eligible plan before completing the 36 months term, customers shall make full payment of their current device outstanding balance (the monthly payment x remaining term) and any handset discount recovery charges (if applicable).

12. All charges are subject to change in accordance with the prevailing GST rate.

13. Any other contract which the customer may have with M1 or any other entity within the M1 Group shall continue to remain valid, unless otherwise agreed by M1 or the relevant M1 entity.

14. Promotion is valid for all M1 CONSUMER / CORI /CORPORATE customers.

15. The Promotion is only applicable to Citi Credit Cardmembers with an Eligible Citi Credit Card at the point-of-sale terminal at the physical M1 shop, and present their physical Citi Credit Card to the M1 retail staff at the time of new sign-up/port-in/recontract.

Redemption: Offer is limited to one (1) redemption per customer and subject to the first two hundred (200) redemptions over the Promotion Period.

16. Promotion will be awarded at point of new sign-up/re-contract/port in. However, M1 reserves the right to claw back the telco bill discount (S$30.95 x 3 or S$30.95 x 6, as applicable) and will charge such amount to the customer’s bill in the event the customer is deemed to have not fulfilled any criteria under this Promotion.

17. Promotion is limited to one redemption per new sign-up, Port-in or re-contract. Promotion is not transferable and is only valid on new sign-up, Port-in or re-contracting line which the handset is purchased with.

18. Promotion cannot be used with other discounts, vouchers, or promotions, unless otherwise stated. Any unutilised amount for this Promotion will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset any other promotions.

19. This promotion and all services provided by M1 are subject to M1 registration guidelines, General Terms and Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions available at m1.com.sg. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.

20. M1 reserves the right to refuse any customer’s eligibility for the Promotion at any time in its discretion in the event of such customer’s breach or suspected breach of any of the terms and conditions herein without prior notification or any liability to such customer whatsoever.

21. Citi and M1 reserve the right to vary any terms or conditions of the Promotion. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give customers advance notice (which may be through written notice, electronic mail, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.

22. Citi shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability, or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the items and/or services provided by the merchant. Notwithstanding anything herein, Citi shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the items and/or services provided by the M1 whether by the customer or by any other person. All disputes about quality, merchantability, or the fitness of the item and/or services should be resolved directly with M1. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination, or suspension by M1 or Citi of this Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Citi for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

23. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

24. Citi’s and M1’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all customers.

25. “Citi” or “Citibank” refers to Citibank Singapore Limited.

26. “M1” refers to M1 Limited.
