Sephora

- Promotion period is from 1 December to 31 December 2024 (both days inclusive), while stocks last.

Voucher issuance:
- To be eligible for the Promotion, a Citi Cardmember has to charge a minimum nett spend of SGD120 ("Qualifying Spend") at to Sephora Singapore Pte Ltd (“Sephora”) to his/her Citi Card to receive an SGD10 Sephora return voucher during the promotion period. SGD10 Sephora voucher is valid for limited redemptions from 1 December to 31 December 2024.
- An eligible Citi Cardmember will receive only 1 (One) SGD10 Sephora voucher per transaction from the store where the receipt had been issued, while stocks last. Citi Cardmember will have to present the original receipt(s) to the cashier in order to redeem the voucher, while stocks last.

Voucher redemption:
- SGD10 Sephora voucher is redeemable with a minimum nett spend of SGD50 in a single receipt and subject to the terms and conditions printed on the voucher. The SGD10 voucher can be utilised at all Sephora stores in Singapore from 1 December 2024 to 28 February 2025 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise notified.
- The original SGD10 Sephora voucher must be presented during redemption. Any remaining balance must be paid with a Citi Card.
- The terms and conditions for voucher issuance and voucher redemptions are separate.

General Terms & Conditions:
- Offer is valid for Sephora Beauty Pass members only.
- Offer is not valid with Dyson, other discounts, Beauty Pass offers and promotions, gift cards, services or any other exclusions mentioned in-store, on sephora.sg or on Sephora Singapore mobile app.
- In the event of any refund (in part or full) or cancelled transactions, Citibank and/or Sephora has the right to cancel the voucher issued.
- This Promotion is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or other reward items from Citibank. Any unused balance will be forfeited.
- Citibank reserves the right to replace the SGD10 Sephora voucher with a gift of similar value.
- Voucher cannot be replaced if lost, torn or damaged, and will be deemed void if tampered with or defaced
- Citibank is not a supplier of the product/service purchased and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
- Citibank and Sephora’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Sephora.
- Citibank and Sephora reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
- "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and "Sephora” refers to Sephora Singapore Pte Ltd.
