Terms and conditions

• Offer period is from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated.
• Payment must be made with a Citi Credit Card or Citibank Debit Card.
• Chi Longevity reserves the right to verify card eligibility and decline or cancel the booking if payment is not made using an eligible Citi Card.
• This offer cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other products or services, and is not transferable.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, vouchers, corporate rates or privileges unless otherwise stated.
• All appointments are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Clients must submit their preferred appointment date and time via the booking form provided. Appointment requests are subject to availability, and Chi Longevity will contact clients to confirm their booking. An appointment is only confirmed upon written confirmation from Chi Longevity.
• All booking requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the requested appointment.
• Chi Longevity operates Monday to Friday. Saturday appointments (8:30am–12:30pm) may be arranged upon request and are subject to availability.
• Rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the offer.
• The complimentary Longevity Experience, comprising a SPARKD Brain & Body Assessment, an Initial Exploratory Consultation, and a Recovery Experience, is available only upon completion of an eligible Health Screening completed under this promotion. The complimentary experience is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
• Citibank’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined in its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
• Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties.
• Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Chi Longevity.
• Citibank and Chi Longevity reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
• "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and “Chi Longevity" refers to Chi Longevity (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
