Carlton Hotel Singapore

- Valid from 1 November 2024 to 25 December 2024, both dates inclusive.
- Payment must be charged using Citi Credit / Debit Card.
- Promotion is valid from 1 November 2024 on Carlton Hotel Singapore’s Oddle E-Shop at celebrations.carltonhotel.sg, and from 1 to 25 December 2024 at the Carlton Hotel Singapore Lobby Booth, open daily from 11am to 7pm.
- Online orders must be made at least 6 days prior to the collection date. The earliest date for any delivery or collection of online orders is 1 December 2024. The last date and time for online orders is 19 December 2024, 2pm. The last date and time for collection is 25 December 2024, before 7pm.
- Delivery charges apply. Local delivery is charged at $65 (with GST) per trip during office hours, 9am to 6pm or $75 (with GST) per trip after office hours. There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
- Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, offers, privileges and/or vouchers.

- Citibank's and Carlton Hotel Singapore’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with Carlton Hotel.
- Citibank and Carlton Hotel Singapore reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion.
- “Citibank” refers to Citibank Singapore Limited. The terms “Carlton Hotel Singapore” and “Hotel Lobby Booth” refer to Carlton Hotel (Singapore) Pte Ltd.
