Terms and Conditions for Town Restaurant
- Valid from 1 July 2024 to 30 December 2024, both dates inclusive.
- Payment must be charged using Citi Credit / Debit Card.
- Offers are valid for dine-in only, and not valid for takeaways.
- Lunch buffet is available daily and Dinner Buffet is available from Wednesday to Saturday.
- Offer is subject to prevailing government conditions on group size or up to a maximum of 8 persons per reservation per bill per table.
- Offer is not valid on eve of and on public holidays, special occasions, and other blackout dates as determined by the hotel unless otherwise stated.
- Not valid with other discounts, loyalty card, promotions or vouchers.
- Prior reservations are required and subject to availability, please visit fullertonhotels.com to reserve online.
- Discount does not apply to service charge and prevailing government taxes.
- The hotel reserves the right to decline the reservations of guests due to public health and safety reasons.
- The hotel reserves the right to vary and amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- In case of disputes, the hotel's decision shall be final and conclusive.
- Citibank's and The Fullerton Hotel Singapore’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with The Fullerton Hotel Singapore.
- Citibank and The Fullerton Hotel Singapore reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion.
- "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited. The terms “Town Restaurant” refer to Precious Treasure Pte Ltd trading as The Fullerton Hotel Singapore.
