• Payment must be made on a Citi Credit or Citibank Debit card to enjoy the promotion.

• Online pre-orders available from 20 July 2026.
• For the 20% off (1 week tier-up special), it is valid for pre-order online or walk-in purchase at The Deli from 31 Aug to 6 Sep 2026 only.
• Pre-orders must be made 5 days in advance for collection and deliveries.
• Promo valid at selected shopping malls pop-up booths.
• Valid for walk-in purchases with immediate collection at The Deli and delivery/self-collection pre-orders made via the Festive Online Shop (https://goodwoodparkfestive.oddle.me)
• Pre-orders placed through The Deli (Tel: 6730 1786) or email: deli@goodwoodparkhotel.com are for self-collection only.
• Citibank's and Goodwood Park Hotel’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
• Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with Goodwood Park Hotel.
