Terms and conditions

• Valid from 15 July 2026 to 10 September 2026, both dates inclusive.
• Payment must be made using a Citi Credit / Citibank Debit Card to enjoy the promotion.
• Promo codes are not valid for corporate or bulk orders.
• Discount is valid till 10 September 2026.
• No minimum order is required.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase to enjoy the discount.
• Self-collection is available at the Fairmont Mooncake Booth, Level 2, Fairmont Singapore, from 17 August to 25 September 2026, daily between 10.00am and 8.00pm.
• Any cancellation made more than 48 hours after order placement will be subject to a 5% administrative fee.
• Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or self-collection date are non-refundable.
• Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
• Only one discount code may be applied per transaction.

• For deliveries to multiple locations within the same building (e.g. different floors), an additional charge of S$10 nett applies per floor.
• Surcharges applicable to restricted areas such as Airline House, Cargo Complex, Jurong Island and Sentosa.
• All delivery slots are subject to availability Citibank's and RC Hotels’ decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
• Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties.All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with RC Hotels.
• Citibank and RC Hotels reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion.
