Terms and conditions

• Promotion is valid from 10 August 2026 to 25 September 2026, both dates inclusive.
• Full payment must be made on a Citi Credit / Citibank Debit Card to enjoy the promotion.
• Please allow three (3) working days for order processing. 
• The last day for online orders will be on 22 September 2026
• Walk-in purchase is available until 25 September 2026, subject to availability.

• Collection is available between 10 August to 25 September 2026 from 11.30am to 7.30pm (Monday to Sunday).
• Collection is available at Mid-Autumn Festival-Mooncake (Festive Booth), located at the entrance of Bugis Junction, Level One, Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel Singapore 188966.
• Delivery service is available from 10 August to 25 September 2026, from 11.30am to 7.30pm.
• Complimentary delivery to one location for orders of S$1500 nett and above.
• For orders below S$1500 nett,a delivery charge of S$35nett per location is applicable. Additional S$4 surcharge on eve of and on public holidays.
• All confirmed orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
• Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and redemption vouchers.
• Discounts is not applicable on delivery charges.
• Discounts is not applicable to Premium Baked Mooncake Set.
• Discounts are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.
• The management reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion without prior notice.
• Citibank's and Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Singapore’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
• Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Singapore.
• Citibank and Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Singapore reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion.
