- Reservations must be guaranteed and paid with a valid Citi card. The same Citibank card must be presented upon check-in for payment.
- Amendment and cancellation are subject to Hotel’s guarantee and cancellation policy, the Hotel reserves the right of final interpretation to the policy.

- Prevailing taxes and service charges apply and subject to the laws where the hotel located and Hotel’s policies, the Hotel reserves the right of final interpretation to the law and policy.

- Customers shall make reservations through the designated promotional section on Citibank's website in order to avail themselves of the privileges to which they are entitled.
