- Promotion period is from 1 June 2025 to 31 May 2026 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be charged using Citi Credit / Debit Card.
- Promotion not eligible for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account.
- Promotion is applicable for 1x redemption per month per Cardmember.
- Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, rewards, and promotions.
- Customer must meet the minimum spend criteria of the voucher:
- 10% off min. spend S$65 (Capped at S$20)
- Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with SHEIN.
- Citibank and SHEIN reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
