Agoda

- Promotion period is from 1 Oct 2023 to 31 Dec 2024 (both days inclusive).
- To be eligible for the Promotion, a Citi Cardmember who keys in his/her Singapore-issued Citi Credit Card details who sees the
discount reflected at payment summary and charges to the corresponding Citi Credit Card at checkout, will enjoy the discount off
his/her hotel and accommodation booking(s) worldwide.
- Promotion would be valid for hotel stays between 1 Oct 2023 to 31 December 2025, on hotels with the “Promo Eligible” tag on the
room types search result page.
- Promotion is only applicable for prepaid bookings of selected hotels, not applicable for pay-at-hotel bookings, made through the
dedicated landing page at: www.agoda.com/citibanksg
- Promotion discount is applicable only to hotel and accommodation room charges only, excluding local taxes, service fees and
additional charges.
- Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and is non-transferable and non-cumulative, and cannot be used in
conjunction with any other discount, cashback sites, promotions, rewards, loyalty programs, discounted items and fixed price items.
- To book on app, click the button on your mobile webpage or scan the QR code from desktop version to launch your Agoda
App. Discount will be reflected at the payment page when you key in valid card details.
- Citibank and Agoda’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and
binding on all participants.
- The qualifying and participating cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions of Agoda and Citibank Singapore. All bookings
through the Promotion landing page must be made in accordance with Agoda’s Terms of Use. Agoda does not guarantee
uninterrupted services of the Promotion landing page.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products
and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage
or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or
performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Agoda except for any disputes in relation to payment
services.
- Citibank and Agoda reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate
the Promotion at any time.
- "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and "Agoda" refers to Agoda Company Pte Ltd.
