Agoda

- Promotion is valid from 1 July to 30 September 2023 (both days inclusive), stay period from till 31 December 2024.
- Discount is capped at SGD60 for 22% off flash sale promotion and capped at SGD80 for 18% off promotion, limited redemptions available
- The Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible cardholders of Citi Mastercard® Credit and Ready Credit Debit which bears the Mastercard name and logo on the face of the card. Cardholders must settle payment with their Citi Mastercard card in order to enjoy the Promotion.
- The Promotion is only applicable to the reservation of selected and designated merchant properties in certain destinations, made through a dedicated Promotion landing page only at the following URL: agoda.com/citisgmastercard
- Agoda reserves the right to launch selected and temporary “tactical offers” at higher discount levels for selected countries.
- The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Agoda. In case of dispute, the decision of Mastercard and/or Agoda shall be final.
- This Promotion is only valid for hotels that have the “Promotion Eligible” banner on the search results page and “Pre paid” ,“Pay now” and “Book Now, Pay later” room types only. Rooms that have the “Pay at the Hotel” flag do not qualify for the promotion.
- The Promotion discount is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees, extra charges, personal consumptions and the like).
- The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
- Mastercard and/or Agoda can change the terms of conditions at any point of time. The Promotion can be suspended or cancelled at any point in time without prior notice.
- This Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between Mastercard and the cardholder (payment facility, etc.), which is at Mastercard’s sole discretion and for which Mastercard is solely responsible and liable.
- The Promotion discount will only be displayed on the booking form of the Promotion landing page after entering a valid Mastercard card number.
- Citibank’s and Agoda’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by Citibank and Agoda. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the Promotion or any product/service relating to the Promotion. Notwithstanding anything herein, Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any product or the deficiency in any service provided, and/or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of the Promotion, or any product/service relating to the Promotion, by any person. All disputes about the quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Agoda.
- Citibank and Agoda reserve the right at their absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or vary, delete or add to the Promotion, or amend any of these terms and conditions, at any time without notice including without limitation, the dates of the Promotion.
- “Citibank” refers to Citibank Singapore Ltd; “Citibank Mastercard® Card” means any Mastercard card issued by Citibank (whether or not it also bears the name and/or mark of any other person/entities); and "Agoda" refers to Agoda Singapore Pte. Ltd
