Terms and conditions

1. Offer is valid from 20:00 (SGT) 8 September 2026 and expires at 23:59 (SGT) 17 September 2026 or when fully redeemed, whichever is earlier.
2. Payment must be charged using Citi Mastercard Credit / Debit Card.
3. Promotion not eligible for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account.
4. User must select Citi Mastercard Credit / Debit Card and select the claimed voucher for the discount to be reflected immediately, prior to placing order.

6. Promotion is not valid for products from Shopee paid ads store, the “Miscellaneous” and “Dining, Travel & Services” category, selected resellers, seller store pick up, web purchase & selected items (Stage 1 & 2 Milk Formulas and Grab Vouchers).
7. An eligible Citi Mastercard Cardmember may only make 1 redemption per offer.
8. User must meet the minimum spend criteria of the voucher:

• S$22 off with min. S$220 spend 
• S$60 off with min. S$350 spend 

9. Citibank, Mastercard and Shopee's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its sole discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
10. Citibank, Mastercard and Shopee shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank and Shopee shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be directed to the supplier of such products and/or services.
11. Citi Cardmember may contact support@shopee.sg in the event of any disputes regarding the Promotion.
12. Citibank, Mastercard and Shopee reserve the right at each of its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any customer and the dates of the promotion.
13. "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited, “Mastercard” refers to “Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd” and "Shopee" refers to Shopee Singapore Private Limited
