- The Promotion period is from 19 August to 8 September 2024 (both dates inclusive) unless otherwise stated, while stocks last.
- Payment must be charged using Citi Credit / Debit Card.
- Limited to 1 redemption per NEXrewards member for the entire promotion period.

- To receive eNEXvoucher, Citi Cardmembers must be members of “my NEXrewards” app. For sign up details, please refer to https://www.nex.com.sg/NexRewards.
- To receive the S$5 eNEXvoucher, the eligible Citi Cardmember must present NEXrewards member QR + own original printed receipt + supporting bank charge slip + same bank card used. Redemption must be made in person on receipt date (same day of spending) at NEX Customer Service Counter, Basement 2 from 10.30am with the last queue ticket issuance at 9.30pm during promotion period, unless otherwise stated.
- Promotion excludes tranactions from supermarket, beauty/wellness services and educational stores.
- Usage of eNEXvoucher is subject to NEX terms and conditions, Citi Cardmember may refer to “my NEXrewards” app for store acceptance of eNEXvoucher.
- Citi Cardmember may contact contact@nexrewards.com.sg in the event of any disputes regarding the Promotion.
- This Promotion is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or other reward items from Citibank.
- Citibank’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined in its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties. Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with NEX.
- Citibank and NEX reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
