- The Promotion period is valid from 16 March 2023 to 23 April 2023 (both dates inclusive) unless otherwise stated, while stocks last.
- *To be eligible for the Promotion, a NEXrewards member has to spend a minimum amount of SGD150 ("Qualifying Spend) at selected participating stores in NEX.
- *Limited to 1 redemption per NEXrewards member per day. Maximum 2 redemptions per NEXrewards member for the entire promotion period.
- ** To be eligible for the Promotion, a Citi Cardmember has to charge a minimum amount of SGD150 ("Qualifying Spend") at selected participating stores in NEX to his/her Singapore-issued Citi Card.
- **Limited to 1 redemption per Citi Cardmember per day. Maximum 2 redemptions per Citi Cardmember for the entire promotion period.
- Promotion is not valid for spend at Supermarket, Beauty/Wellness services and Education/Enrichment stores. ^Participating stores can be found within “my NEXrewards” app.
- The Qualifying Spend can be accumulated in a maximum of 3 same-day NEX receipts/transactions, each receipt/transaction must be SGD20 or more. Purchase of all vouchers and top-up of stored-value cards are not valid for redemption. Full terms and conditions can be found at https://www.nex.com.sg
- To receive eNEXvoucher, Citi Cardmembers must be members of “my NEXrewards” app. For sign up details, please refer to https://www.nex.com.sg/NexRewards.
- **To receive the additional SGD10 eNEXvoucher, the eligible Citi Cardmember must present NEXrewards member QR + own original printed receipt(s) + supporting bank charge slip(s) + same bank card used. Redemption must be made in person on receipt date (same day of spending) at NEX Customer Service Counter, Basement 2 from 10.30am with the last redemption at 9.45pm during promotion period, unless otherwise stated.
- Usage of eNEXvoucher is subject to NEX terms and conditions, Citi Cardmember may refer to “my NEXrewards” app for store acceptance of eNEXvoucher.
- Citi Cardmember may contact contact@nexrewards.com.sg in the event of any disputes regarding the Promotion.
- This Promotion is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or other reward items from Citibank.
- Citibank’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined in its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties. Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with NEX.
- Citibank and NEX reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
