Keppel Electric

1. The Promotion commences on 15 May 2024 and ends on 15 August 2024, both days inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. "Eligible Card" refers to all Singapore-issued Citi Cards (excluding Citi Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account).
3. Only Citi Cardholders who hold an Eligible Card (main and supplementary) and have an existing Keppel Electric electricity plan ("Eligible Cardholder") are eligible to participate in this Promotion.
4. Under the Promotion, Eligible Cardholder will receive the below bill rebate (the “Gift”) if he/she fulfills all of the following:
(a) did not currently set up recurring payment for his/her Keppel Electric plan with an Eligible Card;
(b) among the first 300 customers to renew his/her Keppel Electric plan and successfully sets up recurring bill payment with an Eligible Card during the Promotion Period; and

5. The Gift will be credited by Keppel Electric by the relevant stipulated date stated in Table 1 above and used to offset the electricity bill. An Eligible Cardholder who refunds, cancels or disputes the recurring payments before he/she receives the Gift will have the Gift forfeited.
6. The Gift credited under this Promotion (i) cannot be used to offset against any minimum payment due on the Citi Card and (ii) cannot be withdrawn from the Citi Card account in cash.
7. Citibank’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined in its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
8. Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties. Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties.
9. Citibank reserves the right at its reasonable discretion to terminate or vary or suspend the Promotion and to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time.
10. “Citibank” means Citibank Singapore Limited, and “Keppel Electric” means by Keppel Electric Pte. Ltd.
