- Promotion period is from 20 April 2026 to 10 May 2026 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise.
- Payment must be charged using Citi Credit or Citibank Debit Card.
- Promotion not eligible for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account.

- Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or privileges.
- Prices stated are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery within Singapore only, terms & conditions apply.
- In the event of product unavailability, Roses Only Singapore reserves the right to replace any item with another of equivalent or higher value.
- Orders are not allowed to be edited or cancelled within forty-eight (48) hours of the requested delivery date because of the extremely high volume of orders. Order cancellations will not be accepted after confirmation.
- Roses Only Singapore reserves the rights to amend the promotion and its terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Roses Only Singapore.
- Citibank and Roses Only Singapore reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
