Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel - Cafe Lagoon

1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (""Eligible Cards"")(""Cardholders""). Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
2. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards to enjoy the offer(s).
3. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to input designated promo code prior to payment (if applicable) and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. Citibank is not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
4. Unless otherwise specified, 10% service charge and tea & condiments (if applicable) are not included in the Offer and will be charged based on original price and borne by Cardholders.
5. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
6. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
7. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
8. Citibank and the respective merchants reserve the right to suspend, amend and/or terminate the offer(s) and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Citibank and the respective merchant accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination.
9. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the respective merchants.
10. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.

12. (a) The referenced document/these materials provide information about, and access to accounts and financial services provided by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and/or Citibank, N.A. Hong Kong Branch in Hong Kong. It does not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation of services to individuals residing outside of Hong Kong. ii. Individuals with permanent residency in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, and United Kingdom.
13. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which any offer was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to cancel or reverse the offer/award without prior notice.
14. No person other than Citibank and eligible Cardholders will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
15. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Special Terms and Conditions:
15. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from now until December 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (""Promotion Period"").
16. During the Promotion Period, cardholder of Eligible Cards can enjoy below dining offers, upon settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards(“Offer 1”).
i. 20% off lunch & dinner buffet on Monday to Friday at Cafe Lagoon
ii. 15% off lunch & dinner buffet on Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays & Eves at Cafe Lagoon
iii. 15% off a la carte menu food items on Monday to Friday at Cafe Lagoon
iv. 15% off a la carte menu food items on Monday to Friday at YUÈ
17. During the Promotion Period, cardholder of Eligible Cards can book the Best Available Rate on hotel website to enjoy late check-out until 2pm and a complimentary upgrade to the next available room category, upon applying the promo code “CITI2026” and settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards, subject to availability and prior confirmation(“Offer 2”).
18. Offer 1 are not applicable on June 19-21, July 1, September 25-26, October 1, December 22, 24-26 & 31, 2026.
19. Advance reservation is required and subject to availability. Customers are required to indicate using the Offer 1 during advance reservation.
20. Offer 1 is for dine-in only.
21. Offer 1 cannot be applied to promotional menus, guest chef promotions, private functions, banqueting events, room service, ticket sales, cash vouchers, consumption other than buffets/à la carte (for example but not limited to tobacco, wines, liquor, spirit).
22. For Offer 1, buffet offers are applicable to a maximum of 24 guests per booking and subject to availability.
23. For Offer 1, non-refundable deposit should be settled in advance for bookings with 15 people or above. Restaurant opening days and hours may change without prior notice, please contact hotels in advance to confirm availability.
24. Maximum booking of two rooms per transaction per stay for Offer 2.
25. The Offer 2 can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, a 100% penalty of the first night will apply.
26. Prices are subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes based on the original prices for Offer 2.
27. For Offer 2, a maximum of two adults and two children, aged 11 or under, are allowed in each room. Supplemental charges apply for additional guests.
28. In the event when payment is not settled by Eligible Card, guests must settle the price difference before consumption for Offer 2.
29. Cardholders must present the Eligible Card upon check-in and settle the payment with the same card upon check-out for redemption for Offer 2.
