Citi Mastercard Exclusive: Enjoy 20% off with SGD100 dining credit at Shangri-La Singapore” (“The Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:

1. The Promotion is available from now till March 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”) and the stay period will be from now till March 31, 2026 (“Stay Period”), both dates inclusive.
2. The Promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Mastercard Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). Shangri-La Singapore (“the Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact Merchant for details.
3. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are required to visit a designated booking page (http://bit.ly/mastercardVW) for booking and settle the payment with Eligible Cards to enjoy 20% off and a complimentary SGD100 net dining credit per stay, with a minimum of 2 nights stay at Shangri-La Singapore, applicable for rooms at the Valley Wing (“The Offer”).
4. The Offer is not valid in conjunction with other offers, discounts or promotion.
5. The Offer is not applicable for the earning of Shangri-La Circle points.
6. Amendments to stay dates are subject to a rate adjustment at the time they are made.
7. All reservations must be guaranteed with an Eligible Card at time of booking.
8. Room cancelled 3 days before arrival will subject to 1-night room charge, plus applicable service charge, taxes and fees.
9. Eligible Cards must be presented during check-in for verification and payment must be made via Eligible Cards
10. Rate does not apply to group bookings.
11. Prior reservation is required and is subject to availability. Blackout dates applies: December 20, 2025 - January 3, 2026, February 3 - 8, 2026, February 16 - 21, 2026.
12. SGD 100 net dining credit is not applicable for in-room dining, The Lobby Lounge and Shang Palace.
13. Please note that visitors are permitted to be in guest rooms until 10.00pm and only registered guests up to the maximum capacity of their booked room type(s) are allowed to stay overnight in guestrooms. Charges will apply for additional unregistered occupants, including children.
14. All prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
15. For early check-ins, a pre-blocking of room is required for a guaranteed early check-in, chargeable at 1 night's charge. Standard check-in time is 3pm.

General Terms and Conditions

16. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the Merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the Merchant. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of eWallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
17. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
18. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which reward is calculated and awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit the equivalent amount of the reward from the relevant credit card account or bank account linked to the eligible debit card without prior notice.
19. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
20. Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant are not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
21. Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
22. Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
23. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant.
24. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
