Terms and conditions

•     Promotion is valid from 7 July 2026 to 18 Sep 2026, both dates inclusive. 
•     Payment must be made using a Citi Credit / Citibank Debit Card to enjoy the promotion. 
•     Valid for online orders via www.rafflescelebrations.com.sg only, subject to availability.
•     The offer is not valid for Premium Box and Limited Edition Mooncakes.
•     Orders have to be made a minimum of three (3) working days prior to collection date.
•     Collection is available from 3 August to 22 September 2026, 10:00am to 8:00pm daily, at Raffles Arcade, 328 North Bridge Road, Singapore 188719.
•     Last day of orders is 18 September 2026.
•      Discount is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, offers, privileges and vouchers.
•     Citibank's and Raffles Hotel Singapore’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
•     Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with Raffles Hotel Singapore.
•     Citibank and Raffles Hotel Singapore reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion.
