- Full payment required by 31 January 2026 to confirm the booking.
- Maximum of 10 pax per reservation.

- Cancellation of prepaid dining reservations is non-refundable.

- Citibank's and The Westin Singapore’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
