Terms and conditions

• Promotion is valid from 28 January until 31 March 2027. 
• Pay with Citi Mastercard to enjoy the promotion. 
• The offers are valid from 15 September 2025 to 31 March 2027 (“Promotion Period”). 
• The offers are applicable to World Elite, World, Platinum, Titanium, Gold and Standard Mastercard cards issued in the following Asia Pacific countries/regions, subject to the respective country/region’s driving laws and permits: 
• North Asia: China, Guam, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, South Korea, Taiwan; 
• Southeast Asia: Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam; 
• South Asia: Bangladesh, India, Maldives, Sri Lanka; 
• Pacific: Australia, Fiji, French Polynesia, New Caledonia and New Zealand. 
• Discounts off Budget retail rates are valid at participating countries/regions, but level of discounts vary from country/region to country/region, due to availability and time of year. 
• Discount offer applicable to Time, Mileage and Insurance only. 
• For Asia cardholders, discounts are not applicable to domestic rentals where rentals take place in the same country/region as cardholders’ country/region of residence. 
• For Australia and New Zealand cardholders, discounts are applicable to both domestic and outbound rentals. 
• Discounts may apply to all rental length (weekend, daily, weekly rates). 
• All discount offers are subject to mandatory surcharges for the full rental duration. 
• Minimum advance booking period of 24 hours applies. 
• The Offers are valid on all car groups, subject to availability at the time of booking. 
• The Offers’ restrictions may apply at certain times in certain locations. 
• Prices vary by season and by Budget location. 
• The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other on-going promotions/offers, coupons/vouchers and loyalty/privilege cards. 
• The offer is only valid when booking via the dedicated Budget channels whereby Budget Customer Discount (BCD) number for Mastercard APAC is quoted. 
• If any other BCD number is present in the rental booking you will not receive the discount. 
• If any other BCD number is present in a customer’s Fastbreak profile and this is used in the rental booking, discounts will not apply and once booked this cannot be reversed. 
• In order for the discount to be applicable at the time of rental, please ensure you pay using your Mastercard card and show the card to the rental agent at the time of collection. Failure to do so will result in the discount being removed as part of the reservation. 
• Standard Budget Terms and Conditions apply. 
• Citibank's and Budget Car Rental’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants. 
• Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with Budget Car Rental 
• Citibank and Budget Car Rental reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion.
