Chen's

- The Promotion period is from 1 July to 30 September 2025 (both dates inclusive).
- Payment must be charged to a Citi Credit/Debit Card.
- Downtown Gallery: Valid after 2.00pm on weekdays, and all-day on weekends and public holidays.
- The Star Vista: Valid all-day, every day including public holidays.
- Limited to 1 redemption per transaction.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with Citibank's 15% off.
- Not valid with other sets, vouchers, discounts or promotions.
- Limited redemptions available, while stocks last.
- Citibank's and OUE Restaurants’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with OUE Restaurants.
- Citibank and OUE Restaurants reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
- "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited. The terms “Chen’s Mapo Tofu” and "OUE Restaurants” refer to OUE Restaurants Pte Ltd.
