Terms and conditions

• The Promotion period is valid from 23 October 2024 to 30 September 2026 (both dates inclusive), unless otherwise stated.
• The Promotion is not valid for any Christmas or Chinese New Year bundles or items.
• The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any existing promotions, other discount card privileges, discount vouchers, shopping perks, corporate discount, store credit, 3rd party partnerships privileges and staff discount.
• This Promotion is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or other reward items from Citibank.
• Discount not applicable for voucher purchase, credit packages or sale packages.
• Payment must be charged using Citi Credit / Debit Card.
• Promotion not eligible for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account.
• Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined in its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
• Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties. Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Ryan’s Grocery.
• Citibank and Ryan’s Grocery reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
• "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and “Ryan’s Grocery” refers to Ryan’s Grocery (S) Pte Ltd.
