- Promotion period is until 30 June 2026.
- Payment must be made only via the Shopback Mobile App with a linked Citi MasterCard Debit/Credit card to enjoy the promotion.
- Promotion is valid for Singapore-issued Citi MasterCard Credit and Debit Cards only. Customers who have not linked their Citi MasterCard Credit/ Debit Card to the Shopback app may do so via the Linked Payment Methods under the Account section.
- Promotion is not eligible for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account.
- Qualifying transactions will include all Shopback Pay transactions, where the linked Citi MasterCard Credit / Debit Card to the Shopback app is used as the payment method during the Promotion Period.
- Purchase of vouchers are not qualifying transactions.
- A minimum spend of S$500 will qualify for S$20 off, and a minimum spend of S$1,000 will qualify for S$50 off. Limited to one (1) redemption per promotion tier per user per month.
- Limited quantities available, while stocks last.
- Not applicable for payments through Apple Pay.
- Customers should ensure that they are using the latest version of the Shopback app.
- Customers will still earn the standard Cashback amount/rewards at partner outlets listed on Shopback when paying with their payment methods. The Cashback will be tracked on the Shopback mobile app within 14 working days.
- All bonuses earned can only be withdrawn into your bank account when you accumulate S$10 worth of redeemable Cashback on Shopback.
- Citibank's, MasterCard’s and Shopback's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined in its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank, MasterCard and Shopback shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties. Citibank, MasterCard and Shopback shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with the merchant partner.
- Citibank, MasterCard and Shopback reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
