- Valid from 8 August 2025 to 31 August 2025, both dates inclusive.
- Travel period is from 8 August 2025 to 30 August 2026.
- This promotion is exclusive to cardholders of Citibank Ready Credit, Debit and Credit cards issued in Singapore only.
- Payment must be charged using a Citi credit/debit card.
- This special promotion is only valid with Singapore as the country of departure.
- This special promotion is valid for Taipei, Japan, South Korea, Amsterdam, London, Milan,
- Munich, Paris, Vienna, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle & Dallas-Fort Worth as destination cities.
- This special promotion is not valid for itineraries with a transfer and/or stopover in Bangkok.
- The regular promotion will apply for itineraries with Singapore as country of departure, and Chicago, Houston, New York, Toronto, Vancouver, China, Hong Kong, Macau and Brisbane as destination cities.
- For Taipei, the special offer will be 15% off round-trip airfares and 7.5% off one-way airfares for tickets issued with Standard and/or Basic fares only.
- Standard and Basic fares includes the following fare classes: J, D, L, T, P, M, H, Q, S, W & V.
- The regular offer will apply to tickets issued with the following fare classes: C, K, Y & B.
- For Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Dallas-Fort Worth, Europe, Japan & Korea, the special offer will be 12% off round-trip airfares and 6% off one-way airfares for tickets issued with Basic fares only.
- Basic fares include the following fare classes: D, P, S, W & V. The regular offer will apply to tickets issued with the following fare classes: C, J, K, L, T, Y, B, M, H & Q.
- For other destinations not mentioned in the four points above, the regular offer of 5% off round-trip airfares and 2.5% off one-way airfares will apply.
- If an itinerary consists of an eligible fare class and an ineligible fare class, the final fare will be calculated by adding the respective round-trip fares together and dividing the sum by two.
- This promotion is valid on EVA Air operated flights only. For itineraries containing segments operated by partner airlines, the airfare discount will only apply to segments operated by EVA Air.
- This promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, unless otherwise stated.
- Cash + mile redemptions are not eligible for this promotion.
- Open jaw/multi-city itineraries and stopovers lasting more than 24 hours are not eligible for this promotion.
- Applicable for adult, child & infant fares.
- All other general rules apply.
- Discount applies to airfare only. Airline fuel and insurance surcharge, passenger security charge, air navigation service charge and other taxes and levies are not included.
- Booking Service Charge: Standard USD 25 per ticket without any discount. Tickets issued for special services including stretcher, extra seat, etc.; will also be applicable for this charge.
- Refund(s) and change(s) will be subjected to the relevant penalties.
- Fares may change due to currency fluctuations. Seats subject to availability at point of booking and confirmed upon payment.
- Citibank's and EVA Air's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchant-ability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and
- Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Promotion provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with EVA Air.
- Citibank and EVA Air reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time. In addition and without prejudice to the foregoing, EVA Air reserves the rights to amend their fares and terms and conditions relating to their sale of flights/tickets without prior notice.
