- Promotion period is from 23 Aug to 22 Sep 2024 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated.
- To be eligible for the Promotion, a Citi Cardmember has to charge to his/her Citi Credit/Debit Card to enjoy S$10 FRx Gift Card with min. S$100 spend and scan the FRx QR code at participating FRx stores.
- Present up to 3 Citi Card charge slip(s) at Customer Service to redeem.
- Present your FRx QR code in the FRx app to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at Customer Service to redeem.
- Maximum 3 same-day, same-mall transactions (minimum S$10 per transaction) from participating FRx stores, unless otherwise stated.
- SGD10 FRx Gift Card will be credited to your e-wallet upon successful redemption at Customer Service, limited to 1 redemption per FRx member per day, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
- SGD10 FRx Gift Card will be rescinded if there are any rejected order(s) in the total transaction, and if spending falls below $100 after rejected order(s) have been deducted.
- Applicable to participating FRx in-mall retailers and electronic transactions within retail outlets only.
- The stored value in each FRx Gift Card expires 1 year from the date of issue.

- FPS shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services purchased by the Citi Cardmember from third parties with the vouchers (“Redeemed Products”) and FPS shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Redeemed Products. All disputes about quality or performance of the Redeemed Products shall be resolved directly with the third party.
- Citibank and FPS reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
