Terms and conditions

• The Promotion period is valid from 1 February 2025 to 31 January 2027. 
• Payment must be charged using Citi Credit / Debit Card. 
• Offer is valid for hotel stays between 1 February 2025 to 31 December 2027, respectively on accommodation bookings with the Promotion is only applicable for prepaid bookings of selected hotels, not applicable for pay-at-hotel bookings, made through the dedicated landing page at: www.agoda.com/citibanksg 
• Promotion discount is applicable only to hotel and accommodation room charges only, excluding local taxes, service fees and additional charges. 
• Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and is non-transferable and non-cumulative, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, cashback sites, promotions, rewards, loyalty programs, discounted items and fixed price items. To book on app, click the button on your mobile webpage or scan the QR code from desktop version to launch your Agoda App. 
• Discount will be reflected at the payment page when you key in valid card details and is final and binding on all participants. 
• The qualifying and participating cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions of Agoda and Citibank Singapore. All bookings services of the Promotion landing page. 
• Citibank's and Agoda’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants. 
• Neither Citibank or Agoda shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and neither Citibank or Agoda shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Agoda except for any disputes in relation to payment services. 
• Citibank and Agoda reserve the right, in their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time. 
• "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and "Agoda" refers to Agoda Company Pte Ltd.
